This private corporate event is designed to allow guests to socialize, learn and connect. A consistency of color and design are used through the space for enhanced brand recognition. Multiple product demonstration towers with color coded graphics and monitors are positioned throughout the corridor. Custom vendor tables with open cubby storage and contour cut vinyl logos offer a streamlined manner for partner companies to connect with visitors. Vertical graphic displays are positioned to assist visitors in easily identifying the various areas. Private meeting areas are created with a combination of corporate branded graphic panels, clear marker board panels and glow tables. Other elements include repurposing of client exhibit inventory to create a cost effective social media wall, coffee bar, reception area and welcome entrance.
